Lobster with ginger and spring onion

A recent project. A quick and easy way to cook incredibly flavorful lobster at home easily and without being an expert cook. Filmed on a Flip Ultra HD for Virtualwayfarer.com.

So after a long day at the beach, we decided to cook up some MAINE soft shell lobsters. I helped cook, but I don’t eat seafood so I had a turkey burger haha but it was fun helping. I put the first lobster in the pot and it was the first time I’d ever touched one… I didn’t really like it to say the least. Here is the video of what happened… Nut shell version, I dropped the lobster in the boiling water….
