What are some important safety rules for making cupcakes?

One that I have is to wear oven mitts when removing cupcakes from oven. What are other important safety rules?

I think that you asked a good question, especially if you are new to cooking. Make sure everything is clean. Quality ingredients with equal quality results. One thing that I have always found useful when making cupcakes is get a good wire rack for them to cool off on. A chopstick with assist you with getting the cupcakes out of the baking tins. Do that and follow the instructions and you will have fun. Enjoy!

dont leave the oven unattended
