I was thinking of making spicy brownies with habenaro or some other chillies. My question is if I mix it with the brownie mix, will the choclate nullify the heat of the chilly.

I just purchased a KitchenAid Artisan stand mixer, and the instructions say that box recipes will vary on how long to beat it for. I have not found anywhere that tells me about how long to beat it and on what level when making box cake or brownies. Does anyone know first hand about how long and at what speed for box cake or brownies? Thank you!
