My old librarian from high school wants me to bake tie dye cupcakes for a bake sale she’s having, and she’ll pay me for doing it. But my dillema is idk how much to charger her for a dozen.

I want to make cupcakes for my son and he asolutely loves the crunchy outside of a strawberry shortcake ice cream bar. I wanted to replicate it for the cupcake topping but have no idea how. Any ideas???

My daughter is allergic to eggs and we are frequently invited to birthday parties, so I always have to make a special cupcake for her to take along. Rather than baking every time it’s someone else’s birthday I thought maybe I could make a large batch of her egg-free cupcakes and freeze them, and then pull them out when needed. If this is possible, what is the best way to store them? And for how long can they be stored in the freezer? Also, should I take the paper liners off before freezing them?
Lauren – actually I buy this egg substiute called Energ-G at the health food store and use it with cake mixes to make her the egg-free cupcakes. Our whole family loves them! That substitute is the only thing that’s really worked well for baking to replace eggs. I’ve tried lots of other things, but the cake never turns out right.
